Condor Performance, one of Australia’s leading sport and performance psychology providers, is seeking Expressions of Interest for one or possibly two Intake Officer vacancies.
This position is ideally suited to someone with a future interest in working as a sports/performance psychologist but cannot currently (for example, they are not fully registered yet). It is unsuitable for already qualified psychologists (for whom we have a different selection process; click here for more details). Provisionally registered psychologists are also welcome to apply for our Intake Officer position(s).

Job Basics
If filled by one individual, the position will be part-time, 15 hours per week, at a starting salary of $30 per hour. Superannuation of 11.5% (moving to 12% on 1st July 2025) is paid on top of that. If two individuals fill the position, they will initially negotiate a split of this 15 hours (for example, one works 8 hours and the other 7 hours). An increase in these hours will be possible based on performance. All the work is remote; no travel will be required during the selection, training, or actual job.
Essential: Fluent in English, Good Social/People Skills, Desire to Learn and Organised!
Desirable: Access to an Apple computer, skills to use it (primarily Numbers files), and above-average keyboard typing ability.
